These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Changes to and Availability of the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, and we may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Faeth regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, and we may assign them freely. Section headings are for convenience only.
